Papercity, designing the future of your town – 12/4

Dublin Learning Festival takes place between Monday, 8th April and Friday, 12th April as part of PATH’s initiative to make ‘Dublin a Learning City’.

The Digital Hub in partnership with H2 Learning will hold a workshop called ‘Papercity, designing the future of your town’ on Friday, April 12th.

Papercity is a design and STEAM workshop born from three different minds: Enrica Amplo (Mechatronic engineer), Giulia Poli (Paper and Book designer) and Fabio Prestini (Designer and Illustrator). In this workshop, you will design a smart city of the future, focusing on sustainability, cooperation, co-design and tech. You will build paper buildings, work with electric circuits and work with robots. At the end of the workshop participants will have their own custom LED lighted building. (No skills required just the willingness to have smart fun together!)
