Future Creators Class of 2019 Graduation & Expo – 28/05/19

The Future Creators Class of 2019 will showcase their projects inspired by the Sustainable Development Goals, and receive special certificates from the NCAD with digital badges accreditation on Tuesday, May 28th at The Digital Hub.

Young people in the Liberties community of Dublin 8, who participated on the Future Creators programme, together with their friends, families, tutors and special guests, will celebrate their successful completion of the programme with an exhibition of their work and graduation ceremony on Tuesday, 28th of May at The Digital Hub.


This year the Future Creators worked in five groups, to develop projects on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) established by UN world leaders. Using skills, they have developed over the last six months, in digital media, engineering, coding and design thinking, the young people have created an innovative idea to help to achieve one of the SDGs. About the Future Creators

The Future Creators is an after-school digital learning programme for young people aged 13-to-16 years old from Dublin 8 and its surroundings. It was established by The Digital Hub in 2011 and is delivered by H2 Learning with the support of the National College of Art and Design (NCAD). Future Creators is run during the academic year with activities taking place twice a week for one and a half hours at The Digital Hub campus. The young people are recruited from schools in The Digital Hub’s local community.
