Overview:
MEG is seeking a talented, native Spanish-speaking Marketing Generalist to join our team, with a primary focus on supporting our LATAM sales team. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. You will support the development of programs to generate and nurture leads via events, SEM, email, retargeting, targeted social advertising, and co-marketing with partners.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue.

Job Description:

Manage our social media channels, post content, and build campaigns for sponsored activity

Support in the launch of integrated demand generation digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline

Support the creation of impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities

Support in the design, planning, and managing of customer marketing programmes based on product awareness, product adoption and upsell campaigns that deliver value for customers

Grow distribution across a wide variety of channels, not just owned channels

Creating outstanding marketing copy for emails, growth tests, creatives, and products supported by SEO/SEM optimisation, PPC strategy or video production

Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with tracking across relevant KPIs

Perform support duties including but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, managing sales and marketing software tools

Assist with media relations by compiling media lists, pitching client stories to media and participating in creative brainstorms, writing, researching, and event planning

Work closely with the Head of Marketing for both tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales

Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
-
An advanced/proficient level of English is a must-have requirement for this position

Experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social, SEO
-
2+ years of digital marketing/B2B marketing and excellent writing skills and a keen eye for detail are essential qualifications

Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spending down to granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management

Someone with experience managing projects end-to-end, from ideation to reporting and evaluation

An incredibly fast learner and excited by change

Someone with a genuine interest in the healthcare industry, particularly in the LATAM region, is strongly preferred
Nice to have:

Experience marketing to a professional healthcare audience

Working knowledge of video editing software and video production and/or PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads) platforms

A digital marketing portfolio of produced marketing work

Experience effectively leveraging HubSpot marketing automation for the creation and sending of batch email and nurture paths, email delivery, forms, landing pages, database segmentation, and management
