Overview
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer ideally with experience in website design (WordPress) and development to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality designs for various marketing assets, such as sales collateral, conference and events material, website graphics, and marketing materials for multiple channels. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering visually stunning designs.
Job Description

Work with the marketing team to design and develop marketing materials for multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, and website graphics

Create visually stunning designs for sales collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentations

Develop conference materials, such as banners, signage, and event collateral

Collaborate with other functional teams such as Customer Support and Implementation to design and develop custom assets and templates

Design and implement landing pages, user interfaces, and other web-related design projects

Input on brand strategy and development; ensure brand consistency across all design projects and platforms

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field

3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work

Experience in website design and development using WordPress

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong project management and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Nice to have

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they relate to web design

Familiarity with print design and production processes

Experience with branding and developing brand guidelines
