The company is focused on, R&D, commercialization and consultation of vertical software hosted in the cloud and on premises, for Medium and Large Enterprises European wide. SOFTPOTENTIAL Owners and Managers have extensive expertise in the Healthcare and Financial Services sector in mainland Europe.

 

Currently, we are developing Financial and Healthcare products for multiple markets and have a current requirement for Web UI/UX Front End Developer – Senior Software Developer at our Digital Hub based office in Dublin 8.

Role

We are looking for a Senior Front End UI/UX Developer to create new software and API-based framework, as an integral part of the development of a web/mobile software platform and the commercial websites.  You will join an international group and will work in all phases of the application life cycle, based in either Dublin, Rome, Milan, Madrid, Paris.

Skills required:

  • Javascript, jQuery
  • HTML5 e CSS3
  • Ajax
  • Responsive web design
  • Net Framework
  • Model View Controller pattern, Model View ViewModel pattern, HTML/JavaScript SPA (single page application) pattern, SOAP, REST
  • Experience in WordPress or Drupal

 

Priority will be given to candidates with the following additional skills: 

  • Javascript frameworks: AngularJs, Ember, Backbone, Knockout etc.
  • Typescript
  • Bootstrap
  • Grunt, Gulp
  • RESTful web services, SOAP
  • Net MVC, Asp.Net Web Api
  • Relational Databases, Object Oriented Programming
  • Languages C#, TSQL, LINQ, XML
  • Development tools: Visual Studio 2013, SQL Server 2008+, Internet Information Server 7

 

Selection process

The selection process will involve an initial online assessment that is comprised of two phases, taking approximately 15 minutes for phase 1 and 1 hour for phase 2. Following success at these phases, we will invite applicants for an interview in Dublin, Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who would like to be exposed to an international environment and working in a dynamic sector. All candidates must be legally required to work within the EU. Fluency in English language is a mandatory requirement. (Additional fluency in Italian, Spanish, French or German would be a plus). All candidates must be legally required / visa to work within the EU and must be educated to degree level. A very competitive package will be offered to suitable candidates.
