We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken in-house Sales Prospecting specialist to assist our company in expanding our customer base in multiple geographies. The Sales Prospecting specialist will primarily be responsible for prospecting and outbound lead gen, qualifying new sales leads that fit our customer profiles, and generating and booking new demo opportunities to support the Sales team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including social media, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential. You should have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, be tech-savvy and demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines.


Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing/following up on leads and setting demo appointments for the sales team.

  • Independently develop and manage a ‘new prospects’ database via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media, to introduce MEG’s solution and identify appropriate buyers within the target market

  • Initiating contact with potential customers through phone and email outreach, Sales Navigator, social media channels such as LinkedIn and Twitter, and responding to inquiries generated from marketing campaigns.

  • Collaboratively work with the sales/marketing teams and MEG leadership to develop prospecting/lead generation strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers

  • Creating relationships with potential customers to identify their needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.

  • Conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson for demo and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls

  • Work with the Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.

  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within Hubspot’s CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management

  • Demonstrate a commitment to the healthcare technology industry by staying educated on new regulations, our product solution changes, innovations and trends.


  • Bachelor degree preferred

  • Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in “Selling via Phone” successfully

  • Must be a successful prospector and be able to independently build, maintain and manage a new prospect/lead list

  • Experience selling B2B technology-based product and software solutions using ROI and other value-added selling approaches is a plus

  • Experience with hospital/healthcare sector is an advantage

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills.

  • Good time management and analytical skills.

  • Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.

  • Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in another European language(s) would be an advantage.

Technical Requirements

  • Must have CRM experience – HubSpot is a plus.

  • Experience with sales prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator,, Mail Checker etc.
