Global Sales Lead

Objective of the Position:
- Develop the global B2B channel wise sales strategy for Coinaphoto and execute the same by developing new revenue streams & achieving targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive online/offline B2B sales strategy customized by audience type & geographical locations.
- Based on the outcome of the sales strategy, identify and contract the best go-to-market sales options (eg: tele-sales teams, direct sales agencies, etc)
- Leading, managing and motivating the sales teams to implement the sales strategy and meet agreed targets.
- Develop customer specific content to be deployed through direct and in-direct sales campaigns.
- Present and sell the coinaphoto idea to new and existing clients.
- Communicate with recruited clients to increase or maintain levels of the business activity.
- Search proactively for new revenue generating opportunities to meet the company targets and following up on new leads and referrals.
- Preparing quotes, proposals and sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current platform knowledge.
- Manage the agreed levels of calling activity to raise revenue or volume streams in conjunction with the sales team.
- Research prices and products of competitors.
- Compile sales progress reports on a weekly/monthly and end of year and proactively address shortfall on targets due to be achieved.
- Develop and adhere to the company external or internal customer care policies and procedures.
- Attend trade shows / sales events to exhibit products/services or conferences to keep abreast of the latest products and trends.
- Over 10 Years of B2B digital sales experience with at-least 3 years in regional/ global management roles.
- A business-related qualification (bachelors or masters’ degree).
- Experience in 3rd party (tele-sales, direct sales) team recruitment and management.
- Experience in internal team management/ motivation.
- Proficiency in computer skills MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and CRM database.
