Global Sales Lead

CoinaPhoto are currently recruiting a Global Sales Lead to join a growing and diverse team in their office based at The Digital Hub.

Objective of the Position:

  • Develop the global B2B channel wise sales strategy for Coinaphoto and execute the same by developing new revenue streams & achieving targets.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive online/offline B2B sales strategy customized by audience type & geographical locations.
  • Based on the outcome of the sales strategy, identify and contract the best go-to-market sales options (eg: tele-sales teams, direct sales agencies, etc)
  • Leading, managing and motivating the sales teams to implement the sales strategy and meet agreed targets.
  • Develop customer specific content to be deployed through direct and in-direct sales campaigns.
  • Present and sell the coinaphoto idea to new and existing clients.
  • Communicate with recruited clients to increase or maintain levels of the business activity.
  • Search proactively for new revenue generating opportunities to meet the company targets and following up on new leads and referrals.
  • Preparing quotes, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current platform knowledge.
  • Manage the agreed levels of calling activity to raise revenue or volume streams in conjunction with the sales team.
  • Research prices and products of competitors.
  • Compile sales progress reports on a weekly/monthly and end of year and proactively address shortfall on targets due to be achieved.
  • Develop and adhere to the company external or internal customer care policies and procedures.
  • Attend trade shows / sales events to exhibit products/services or conferences to keep abreast of the latest products and trends.


Required Experience:

  • Over 10 Years of B2B digital sales experience with at-least 3 years in regional/ global management roles.
  • A business-related qualification (bachelors or masters’ degree).
  • Experience in 3rd party (tele-sales, direct sales) team recruitment and management.
  • Experience in internal team management/ motivation.
  • Proficiency in computer skills MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and CRM database.
