Customer Success Specialist
Bizimply are looking for an ambitious Customer Success Specialist to play a vital role in driving innovative solutions to our prospective and existing customers. You will work with both the business development and sales teams to drive excellence.
We want friendly and ambitious individuals to build fantastic relationships with our customers. You’ll play an instrumental role in developing and growing our commercial customer base.
- Become the main point of contact for all our commercial accounts
- Meet the needs of our customers while growing our commercial base and improving retention
- Build strong relationships with customers from the outset and consistently look for ways to improve our customer service offering
- Listen carefully to our customer requirements and communicate them to our Product team effectively to drive continuous improvements to our platform
- Work closely with customers at all stages of the on-boarding phase, ensuring that any issues identified are dealt with smoothly and successfully
- Develop and execute customer success plans, including tracking and reporting on key metrics for adoption and success
- Manage and own the renewal process and negotiate contracts.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum 1 year of customer success experience (SaaS preferred, but not required)
- Skills in developing positive relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail oriented
- Track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Self starter with exceptional organisational skills
- Competitive and driven with a desire to progress quickly
