MEG Support Tools is an ambitious health tech company based in The Digital Hub technology campus in the heart of Dublin. Our company is dedicated to creating and supplying technology solutions for healthcare workers to improve the lives of patients.

 

We currently are looking to expand the team with the role of a Bookkeeper / Office Manager for our Dublin office, and can offer flexible work arrangements to someone with at least 2 years experience in this or a related role. The position will involve supporting the Founder / CEO on day to day accounts including payables, receivables, credit control along with taking responsibility for the management of the office and other calendar and administrative roles as they arrive.

 

Requirements

  • 2 years quality relevant experience (SaaS, technology company experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships (both internal and external).
  • Ability to work in a fluid, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Essential to have hands-on approach and a willingness to deal with any task.
  • Detailed oriented and ability to take ownership of work.
  • Enjoy being a proactive self-starter with a desire to learn, with an inquisitive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Google Drive and associated software.
  • Use of web based Accounting and Customer Relationship Management tools.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Liaise directly with CEO on a regular basis to issue invoices and management/ reconciliation of payments.
  • Manage submission of VAT Returns and RCT Returns, PAYE returns including P30s and P35.
  • Preparation of payroll (Bullet HQ)
  • Diary Management and providing administrative support to the CEO, booking flights accomodation and tracking expenses.
  • Run a busy office including ordering marketing materials, office supplies and liaising with external suppliers.
