Belgium Intern at SoftPotential

SoftPotential are currently recruiting a Native French (Belgium) and Flemish speaking intern to liaise with their Belgium stakeholders.

To be agreed with Intern during the first week. There is the possibility of a full-time role after the internship based in either Dublin, Brussels or Antwerp. While this is an intern role there is an expectation that the intern will enhance his/her skill set through the support of his colleagues within the 6 month period.

 

Direction and support material will be given to the intern during the period to up-skill their capabilities. This will also be in conjunction with the requirements of the College or University as appropriate. This will enable them to work on the following with regular reviews/briefings to ensure development:

Native French (Belgium) and Flemish speaker is a requirement to liaise with our Belgium stakeholders

 

Key objectives are as follows:

Website

  • Review of requirements for SoftPotential / Adora Care web site
  • Implementation of Adora Care website utilising existing platforms
  • Upskilling in WordPress (adoracare.be)
  • Assist in the implementation of Minimal viable product online sale in Belgium
  • Integration of fulfilment and payments system within Adora Care website.
  • Liaising with SoftPotential website team in Dublin, Italy & Spain to integrate Adora care

 

CRM

  • Review of current CRM system
  • Upskilling in knowledge on Salesforce CRM
  • Review of requirements for market
  • Update layout and content of CRM system per market (Belgium)
  • Initial targeting of Northern Belgium
  • Updating content info
  • Segmentation of system per market
  • Enablement of system for digital marketing initiatives, mailshots and e-zine
  • Customer liaison through phone / skype / email

 

Key Requirements

  • Team player
  • Strong interest in HealthCare sector
  • Ability to work remotely and on own initiative and build relationships from afar
  • Will work with colleagues in Dublin, Madrid, Rome & Milan
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Can analyse and interpret data
  • Fluent in French, Flemish and English

 

Education

  • Primary Degree in Business
  • Masters / Postgraduate a bonus
