As part of SaaStock 2017, a ‘Customer Success Bootcamp’ is been held at The Digital Hub on Monday, September 18th. This Bootcamp will help you understand how to educate your customers effectively, learn how to justify the expense to management, and figure out how to align it with the rest of the organisation.
