We Love Markets Monthly Flea Market
We Love Markets is a monthly flea market that takes place on The Digital Hub campus on the last Sunday of every month. The Market hosts up to 50 eclectic stalls, showcasing a mixture of local design and locally made artisan food, homemade crafts, clothes, furniture, bric-a-brac, vintage wares, artisan goods and plenty of hidden gems. The market supports local enterprises, organisations, designers and creatives in Dublin 8. The next market will be taking place with a special edition for Liberties Festival on Sunday, 27th July from 11am - 5pm.

📢 Announcing the new Smart D8 Pilot Projects 2025! 📣
Now in its fifth year and having engaged more than 40% of the Dublin 8 community, Smart D8 is proud to introduce three new pilot initiatives aimed at tackling local health challenges and promoting community wellbeing.
This year’s projects focus on: advancing early-stage cancer detection; encouraging open dialogue around men’s health through community football; and empowering patients in the management of heart failure.
~ Early-Stage Cancer Detection - Led by Patrick Redmond and team of PRiCAN Research Group at @rcsi_irl University of Medicine & Health Sciences.
~ @footballcooperative - Led by Steven O`Connell, the pilot supports men’s health through inclusive, community-led ‘pickup’ games – backed by Local Sports Partnerships, @setuireland and @faireland.
~ Smart Heart - Led by Eamonn Costello and Eimear Kelly of @patientmpower, in partnership with @stjameshospital Heart Support Unit, the pilot addresses heart failure through remote monitoring for people living in Dublin 8.
These new pilot initiatives offer the opportunity to address local health challenges with impactful solutions, helping to make improved health and wellbeing a more integral part of daily life in Dublin 8 and surrounding communities.

The Liberties Festival ~ 21 - 27 July, 📍
The Digital Hub is delighted to host @patcurranartist4`s `Untold Lives - People and Places of Dublin` Art Exhibition as part of @thelibertiesfestival.
The exhibition will officially launch on Thursday, 24th July at 6:30pm in The Bank at The Digital Hub.
It will be available for public viewing on Friday, 25th July and Saturday, 26th July from 12pm - 4pm each day.
