WebElevate is an honours-degree level programme delivered by Digital Skills Academy and Dublin’s Institute of Technology (who are the awarding body) at The Digital Hub, with the support of the Digital Hub Development Agency.

 

The programme provides participants with the opportunity to develop their existing knowledge and skills, and previous employment experience, by reskilling in Digital Media production & application development for the following occupational roles:

 

1. Digital Media Application Developer / Programmer
2. Web & Interface Graphic Designer
3. Digital Media Production Manager / Project Manager
4. Online Marketing, Sales & Communications Executive/Manager
5. Digital Media Copy Writer, Editor & Information Designer
6. Web Video Producer

 

The programme also includes structured work placements. Participants on the programme will work in multi-disciplinary teams developing applications and services in the fields of Mobile Applications, eCommerce services, and Web Video products. There are great employment opportunities for WebElevate participants due to the network of industry mentors and collaboration with leading companies.

WebElevate is a Level 8 Programme on the NFQ (National Framework of Qualifications), offering a CPD Professional Diploma in Digital Media Production (60 ECTS / Credits), awarded by Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT).

 

There are 140 places on the programme and the deadline for receipt of applications is Monday, 19th March, 2012.
