We Love Markets Monthly Flea Market
We Love Markets is a monthly flea market that takes place on The Digital Hub campus on the last Sunday of every month. The Market hosts up to 50 eclectic stalls, showcasing a mixture of local design and locally made artisan food, homemade crafts, clothes, furniture, bric-a-brac, vintage wares, artisan goods and plenty of hidden gems. The market supports local enterprises, organisations, designers and creatives in Dublin 8. The next market will be taking place with a special edition for Liberties Festival on Sunday, 31st August from 11am - 5pm.

We were delighted to welcome Gareth Kennedy of @ncad_dublin and students of NCAD FIELD who visited The Digital Hub campus to harvest some pears from the historic tree which has stood here for almost 200 years.

The Bank is The Digital Hub’s latest repurposed space; from a former Bank of Ireland to a new versatile venue for the creative and business community.
The large, self-contained square space can be used for a wide variety of things — from rehearsals, performances, exhibitions, launch events and filming location to business seminars, workshops, networking events and training courses.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge and dishwasher, an accessible toilet on the ground floor and additional toilets upstairs.
We currently have availability in September for this space.

This is important because patients that get infections spend three times longer in hospitals and infections acquired in hospitals lead to four times more deaths than road traffic accidents.

The Digital Hub is proud to support @teenturn for the last eight years.
Today, Jack from Smart D8 spoke with @teenturn`s #Teenturnship pharma placements whose work from home dates were spent using laptops & WiFi in The Digital Hub`s Learning Studio.
It is always a pleasure when we can facilitate a connection between our programmes such as Teen-Turn and Smart D8!
Both initiatives do incredible work in terms of health, tech and wellbeing.
This week, The Digital Hub hosted Jazz Pharmaceuticals as they mentored and supported Teen-Turn participants who are undertaking Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance learning projects as part of their summer skilling experience with industry.
